Life doesn’t always go smoothly but as humans we have an amazing capacity to draw on our inner resources and deal effectively with the issues and situations that arise, while also protecting our well–being. We call this our resilience. As with many things, we don’t realise our full potential in this area. This talk will explore where our resilience comes from and how we can maximise it. We will look at the factors that promote resilience and learn tools and strategies to make it work hard for us.
