Why are some days a breeze, some just ok and others a struggle? WHAT IS GOING ON?
Designed and co delivered by Justin Phelan (Mindfulness Teacher) and Philomena McCabe.
This programme will show us how to access our own well-being using a gentle mindful approach. It explores what contributes to and what interferes with our sense of well-being and dispels the myths of the self-help books which prod us to fight negative thinking and imply we need to be ‘fixed’. This programme offers an alternative approach of ease and acceptance which is underpinned by the Mindfulness process.
