Staff Retirement Planning

Pro-Active Retirement Programme
This is a unique programme which is highly valued by staff members facing this new stage of life. Many organisations and individuals overlook the real challenge in planning for this significant event which will impact on almost every aspect of life and individuals are often ill equipped to find their new life purpose or personal value.   Continuing to work to supplement their income, is now becoming a necessity for many.  However, they may prefer a career change but do not know how to go about it.  Leaving the workplace, often after many years, offers a golden chance to tap into their talents and pursue developing a new income stream.  This programme provides the individual with the tools and strategies to uncover their passions and take the steps to shape the lifestyle they desire.
